POSH Policy of the Company has been constituted in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, commonly known as the POSH Act. In an endeavour to create and maintain an equitable, healthy, and safe work environment-free from discrimination and harassment- the POSH Policy plays a pivotal role. It encourages a culture of fairness, respect, and responsibility at work as outlined under the Act. Accordingly, this Policy is framed with the intention of preventing sexual harassment at the workplace and includes provisions for its prohibition and redressal should any incident occur.
