Now in its 6th season, the program offers personalized coaching, internal mentoring, networking opportunities, and tailored skill development across diverse roles. It reflects MG’s strong commitment to creating an enabling platform for women from all walks of life.

Wind Initiative

With a focus on wellness, resilience, and academic rigor through B-School training, EmpowHer nurtures confident, well-rounded leaders ready to excel in dynamic industries.
